Where to Start Digging (Cleveland, OH)

The Plain Dealer (Cleveland, OH), has posted an article about starting out in genealogy, with suggestions from Christy Wiggins, a genealogy specialist from the Cuyahoga County Public Library system. Christy mentions ten online genealogy resources, including a few specific to Ohio and Cleveland, as well as books and local resources for those doing genealogy research in and around the Cleveland, Ohio area. – Cleveland Public Library’s Cleveland Necrology File/Cleveland News Index – www.cpl.org
– The Western Reserve Historical Society – www.wrhs.org – check in January for beginner genealogy classes.
